Terms and Conditions – 1pk Betting & Casino Platform

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1pk ("we", "us", "the Platform", "1pk") in respect of your use of the 1pk website and all related services including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, the VIP programme and any promotions or bonuses offered from time to time.

By registering an account on 1pk, by logging into your account, or by using any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, log in or use the platform in any way.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1pk.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with 1pk and use any part of the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1pk is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds deposited.
• You must be registering as an individual and for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active 1pk account. Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and keep your account details current at all times. 1pk may request verification of any details provided.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 1pk. If you have previously self-excluded and believe your exclusion period has ended, contact support before attempting to register a new account.

1pk reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any player at any time and to request supporting documentation before allowing access to full account features including withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your 1pk account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by someone else who accessed your account.

You must keep your username and password secure and must not share your login credentials with anyone. 1pk staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any message claiming to be from 1pk and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your author isation, you must contact 1pk support immediately. 1pk will investigate reported unauthorised access but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before a report is received.

You must not use your 1pk account for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Using the platform to process payments for third parties, to facilitate money transfers unrelated to genuine gaming activity, or to circumvent any financial processes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1pk. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical malfunctions in the platform. If you encounter such an issue, you are required to report it to support immediately rather than attempting to benefit from it.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, match fixing, or collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation, bonus hunting across multiple accounts or other tactics designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, arbitrage operations at a scale that constitutes commercial activity, or operating as an agent for other players.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward 1pk staff or other players.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance is held and displayed in PKR at all times. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Deposit page. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your 1pk balance within seconds. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. 1pk does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. 1pk aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, typically within one business day for routine requests.

Bonus balances: Any active bonus balance in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements attached to each bonus are stated at the point of claiming. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method or account that belongs to you personally.
• 1pk reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made to your 1pk account are non-refundable once funds have been used to place bets or play games.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support immediately before using the funds.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting on 1pk. Specific rules for individual sports, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, are available within the betting section of the platform.

Bet placement: A bet is not accepted and confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. If your internet connection drops after you submit a bet but before you receive confirmation, check your bet history before attempting to place the same bet again. 1pk's system records are the final authority on whether a bet was accepted.

Odds: Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds change. In-play odds can change rapidly. 1pk does not guarantee that odds will remain available for any period of time.

Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the relevant result is determined, clear pricing errors on the part of 1pk, or where the outcome of the market cannot be determined. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

Cashing out: Where a cash-out option is available, the cash-out value is calculated by 1pk at the time the cash-out is requested and is final once confirmed. Cash-out may not be available for all markets or at all times during an event.

Maximum payouts: Individual bets and accumulator bets are subject to maximum payout limits which are displayed within the betting section. 1pk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market.

7 Casino, Slots & Bingo

The 1pk Game Lobby includes Slots, Bingo and other casino-style games. The following terms apply to all games in the Game Lobby:

Game outcomes: All casino games and slots at 1pk use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are determined independently of any previous results in the same session or on any other player's session. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your balance. 1pk accepts no liability for any winnings that were displayed during a malfunction. The displayed result of a malfunctioned game round is not binding.

Bingo rooms: Bingo games at 1pk run according to the specific rules displayed in each bingo room before you purchase tickets. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once a bingo game has commenced. Progressive jackpot prizes in bingo, where applicable, are subject to the jackpot terms displayed in the relevant room.

Slots: Each slot title available in the 1pk Game Lobby has an individual return-to-player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate of that game. RTP percentages are available in the game information section of each title. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

1pk offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the point of claiming.
• Validity period: Bonuses have an expiry date after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the point of claiming.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Minimum deposit: Some bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit in PKR to activate. This threshold is stated in the offer terms.
• Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only the real-money balance will be available for withdrawal.

1pk reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time. Manipulation of bonus offers through multi-accounting or other means will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

9 VIP Programme

The 1pk VIP programme rewards players based on their cumulative betting and gaming activity across all sections of the platform. Participation in the VIP programme is available to all registered players who meet the applicable activity thresholds.

VIP tier progression is based on PKR staked across sports betting, casino games, slots and bingo within a defined period. The specific thresholds for each tier and the rewards associated with each level are published in the VIP section of the platform.

VIP status and associated rewards are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account. 1pk reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, rewards and benefits at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players. VIP status does not exempt any player from the general Terms and Conditions, including responsible gaming provisions and prohibited conduct rules.

10 Responsible Gaming

1pk is committed to providing an entertainment platform where players can manage their own activity responsibly. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap that prevents you from depositing above a specified amount within that period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified period of continuous play so you can take a break and assess your session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or longer-term exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly once received by support.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1pk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software and code, is the property of 1pk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1pk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from 1pk.

The 1pk name, logo and brand marks are proprietary to 1pk. You may not use them in any context without explicit written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

1pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1pk shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside 1pk's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, bets, game progress or account balance due to technical malfunction, provided that 1pk takes reasonable steps to investigate and rectify confirmed technical errors.
• Decisions made by players based on their own interpretation of odds, game information or promotional materials.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including losses that arise from bets placed in accordance with these Terms. Gambling involves risk and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1pk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data

1pk collects and processes personal data provided during registration and through your ongoing use of the platform. This includes account information, transaction history, betting and gaming activity, and technical data such as device type and IP address.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity where required, deliver customer support, and personalise your experience on the platform. 1pk does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Full details of what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and your rights regarding your data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 1pk.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1pk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through a notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with your account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The most current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
